Anti-Abuse Resources#
USA Artistic Swimming recognizes that there are abuse issues within our sport. We acknowledge and apologize for the lack of attention previously applied to this topic and the athletes that were impacted. Our athlete-first philosophy is focused on providing athletes with support and eliminating these behaviors from the sport entirely. If you were or are being abused in any form we are here for you.
Abuse of any kind has no place in our sport. If you are aware of an unsafe environment within USA Artistic Swimming please reach out to safesport@usaartisticswim.org or our Athlete Executive Council at aec@usaartisticswim.org

- What every athlete should know (Safe4Athletes):
It is important that an athlete “respect” their coach (teammates, staff and volunteers), but sometimes, they act in ways that can be harmful and hurtful to young athletes. It is important for every athlete to understand what is unacceptable behavior and when to reach out to an adult to ask for help and guidance
