Senior National Team
Trains full time in Los Angeles, Calif. for international meets hosted by World Aquatics and Pan Am Aquatics. Ages 15+ are eligible to compete on the senior national team.
Junior National Team
Trains on an as-needed event basis. Competes at World Aquatics Junior World Championships every other year and participates in the Olympic Development Program during non-championship years. Ages 15-19 (Female) and 15-20 (Male).
Youth National Team
Trains on an as-needed event basis. Competes at World Aquatics Youth World Championships every other year and participates in the Olympic Development Program during non-championship years. Ages 13-15 (Female) and 13-16 (Male).

National Office Intern
USAAS is looking for a determined and competent intern to join our team for the months of December - May 2026. The National Office Intern will primarily work with the Chief of Sport & Events & Membership Director. This position will be based out of the USA Artistic Swimming national office in Colorado Springs, CO but open to remote. The position is an $500 per month with the ability to earn credit towards a degree as well as the potential to travel to domestic events.Irene Hawes (Evaluator)
