Any club that has a valid and current membership with USA Artistic Swimming can advertise coach openings free of charge as a benefit to our membership. These openings are distributed via email messaging, Instagram story and website posting once monthly. Each month, these listings are cleared and clubs must renew the listing by emailing kennedy@usaartisticswim.org.

The list will be cleared on the 15th of every month.

Indy Synchro 

Indy Synchro is looking for a passionate and skilled Head Coach and assistant coaches to join our growing team. As a coach, you will play a crucial role in developing skills and confidence in our athletes. From novice to the most advanced swimmers, you will guide and inspire individuals to reach their full potential in the water.  Our goal is to be able to send qualified swimmers to nationals and junior olympics. In addition to the youth swimmers, we have a masters team, many of whom coach the younger swimmers. 


Indy Synchro practices 5 days a week in the evenings Monday through Thursday, and Saturday during the day at some of the newest and finest pools in Indianapolis and the surrounding communities. Compensation is hourly for assistant coaches and contracted pay for the Head Coach. We have approximately 30 swimmers currently but the team grows in size every year. 


We have a long history dating back 40 years, but our future will be in your hands.  As head coach, you set the tone for this team. You will receive support from our current coaches, the board, and the families of the swimmers.  We are proud to be Indiana's team!

Northern Virgnia Nereids
The Northern Virginia Nereids synchro club is seeking additional coaches for the 2024-25 season starting in August 2024. NVN is the largest artistic swimming team in the Washington DC metro area and has 50+ swimmers across all levels. We practice on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at the Audrey Moore Rec Center in Fairfax County, VA, outside Washington DC. We welcome coaches interested in both Age Group and Novice/Intermediate levels. We will pay accreditation costs for experienced artistic swimmers interested in becoming a coach. Austin Angelfish

The Austin Angelfish Artistic Swimming Team, a premier artistic swimming team in Austin, TX, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Coach to lead our talented group of athletes. We are also looking for several assistant coaches.

We are a competitive team of 43 swimmers between the ages of 8 and 18.  Our team is committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment where athletes can develop their skills, teamwork, and love for the sport. We compete in the JO track as well as Zones and Nationals. We train Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings and Saturday afternoons. We provide annual membership to USAAS, CCP, CPR/FA training as well as additional educational opportunities. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The Head Coach candidate should have:

Proven experience as a successful Head Coach or Assistant Coach

Strong understanding of artistic swimming techniques, training principles, and competition rules

Experience in artistic swimming as an athlete, or coach

Dallas Synergy Assistant Coach 

The Dallas Synergy Artistic Swimming Team is seeking an assistant coach for the 2024-2025 season. Dallas Synergy is primarily a novice and intermediate team, yet is growing rapidly. You will contribute to growing an athlete's confidence and skill level in a positive, growing program. We practice on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at local Flower Mound/Lewisville/Coppell pools and Sundays at the Flower Mound Community Activity Center. We welcome any level of synchro experience. This job will be a 1099 contractor position, paid a competitive rate and maintain part-time hours of 8-12 hours a week. This could be an excellent position for a student or a former synchro swimmer. Must be or apply for Safe Sport training via USAAS, complete a background check, and have CPR certification. Cambridge Synchro

Cambridge Synchro (CBS) is hiring for the position of Head Coach. Cambridge Synchro is an Artistic Swimming Team practicing in the Cambridge (metro Boston, MA) area. The team has 60-70 athletes who practice 1-5 times per week (depending on level) to compete at the regional and national levels. Qualified swimmers compete at US Nationals and/or Junior Olympics. The season runs from September through early July. The team is a partnership between the City of Cambridge Recreation Division and Cambridge Synchro, a non-profit and volunteer-run organization.

The Cambridge Synchro Head Coach will work with Recreation managers, the Team's Parent Advisory Board members and other coaching staff to administer all aspects of training, meets, and competitions. This includes managing day-to-day administration of the team programs and assisting in the continuing development of a high-performance culture within team members.  Additional hours above the 10 to 15 to accommodate practices at facilities outside Cambridge Recreation Facilities will be scheduled in coordination with the Parent Advisory Board, which manages and pays for that aspect of the program.  Interested applicants may apply at the link below and can email questions to cambridgesynchro@gmail.com
