These clinics/camps are a tiered structure led by the national office, supported by the associations, regions and zones. These camps are open to all athletes in intermediate and age group levels. One current or previous national team coach, national team athlete, collegiate team coach and/or collegiate athlete will be used to support other selected coaches at each clinic. These will be two-day clinics held in August & September. Age group level athletes who are selected to advance from these clinics will attend the All-Star Camp in November, 2023 which will be a two and a half day camp. Athletes are responsible for their own transportation and housing.
Camp times 8:00 – 5:00 Saturday and 8:00-4:00 Sunday

Equipment needed Yoga matt and bands, athletic wear for land training, swimsuit and goggles for swim training
