USA Artistic Swimming Develops Membership Strategic Plan

USAAS along with its board of directors set the goal of developing a three-year strategic plan to begin implementing in January of 2024. This strategic plan was designed and developed to understand who our membership is and what our clubs need to grow and retain athletes.  

With the help of our Membership manager, USA Artistic Swimming distributed surveys to our membership and club directors to gather feedback on challenges, strengths, requested resources, and other information to help us understand our membership’s needs. From the individualized responses from the survey, we identified key areas to focus on and develop a strategic plan that would make a difference in our membership. This document outlines the various topics of focus and our plan to internally develop resources and information to best service our membership base.  

We are excited at the opportunity to grow our sport in a way that caters to the needs of each club across the country, while striving for athlete success, both in and outside of the pool.
