USAAS Four Year Strategic Plan

The USAAS Board of Directors and staff have developed a four-year strategic plan to begin implementing immediately and guiding the organization through 2029. This strategic plan was designed and developed with the goal of serving the entire membership and maintaining competitive excellence across all national team programs.
The working group was comprised of the entire USAAS Board of Directors and USAAS CEO. USAAS staff members were consulted to provide valuable input from their specific areas of operation, and an outside consultant was hired to facilitate the plan's development. The strategic plan is a blend of continued efforts that worked well over the last four years and new areas of focus that will positively impact the organization's progress.
