- 3.9 - UPDATED: April 13 is the deadline to submit coach cards in the designated Google Drive by 10:00 PM MT. Each club will have a folder and will upload their coach cards into that folder.
- $25.00 late fee per routine for any coach card submitted between 13-7 days prior to the first day of competition
- $25.00 change fee for any mistakes or changes (excluding medical)
- No coach cards will be accepted less than seven days out from the first day of competition and any routines without a card will be removed from the event.
