USAAS Foundation Launches 100 Days to Glory Campaign

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The USA Artistic Swimming Foundation announced today the launch of a fundraising campaign to support the sport of USA Artistic Swimming, and its National Team, as the athletes approach the milestone of 100 Days until Opening Ceremony at the 2021 Games in Tokyo.
Called ‘100 Days to Glory,’ the campaign kicks off April 14 with a virtual “meet and greet” between the team, coach and staff and the Foundation’s friends, family and supporters. The effort aims to raise $100,000 between now and Opening Ceremony on July 23, to help support the sport’s bright future.
"100 Days to Glory’ will be a wonderful celebration of our top athletes of the past, present, and future; especially a time to celebrate Team USA as they strive to get USA back into the team event at the Olympics,” said Karen Rosolowski, President of the USA Artistic Swimming Foundation. “We are all so proud of our athletes, coaches and staff, and this is also a special time for our loyal artistic swimming community to celebrate and support USA Artistic Swimming and the Foundation in funding the future of Artistic Swimming."
The campaign will feature additional special events including watch parties and an official video send-off for the team as they depart for Tokyo. With the delay of the Olympic Games this past year, and the inability to safely host events and gatherings within the USA Artistic Swimming community, the Foundation and National Governing Body for the sport hope ‘100 Days to Glory’ can reignite a sense of community among the sport’s fans and followers, as well as support the sport and its athletes as they pursue Olympic excellence.
“The next 100 days will be an incredible time in the history of our organization,” said Adam Andrasko, Chief Executive Officer for USA Artistic Swimming. “We will celebrate the legends of Olympic Games past, we will celebrate athletes of the future through youth events and most exciting of all, we will follow the senior national team as they put forth their greatest effort at the Olympic Qualification event. We will package all of this together to show every current and potential donor that their support is making a tremendous impact.”
