Ludivine Perrin-Stsepaniuk has been named the head coach of the USA Artistic Swimming 13-15 national team once again, USAAS announced today. Ludivine, better known as Ludi, most recently led the junior national team with confidence to one gold medal and three silver medals at the Junior Pan American Games in Colombia. Earlier last year, she spent her summer developing the youth team in Las Vegas, putting together polished routines to compete at the PanAm Aquatics and USA Artistic Swimming International Open after the 2021 FINA Youth World Championships were postponed. Ludi will finally get the chance to lead the youth team to the aforementioned Youth Championships that will be hosted in Charlotte, N.C. in August. Youth teams from around the world will meet on U.S. soil to showcase their skills and their perseverance through the pandemic.

The head coach owns a long and storied artistic swimming career of her own. She progressed in the French national team program where she collected numerous accolades and national championships. After moving to the United States, Ludi began performing in the Las Vegas hit production Le Reve - The Dream as a performer and captain. Her debut performance was in 2004 and she continued to grace the production with her talents until 2016. After leaving Le Reve, Ludi created Ovia Entertainment, a consultation and education company that provides entertainment, aquatic stunting and high-level artistic swimming private coaching. She has amassed many impressive credits with her company as a creative director and performer, including a recent music video for the rapper Russ.

Perrin-Stsepaniuk's USAAS coaching career began in 2016 when she served as assistant head coach and team manager to the 12&U national team. Other national team positions held by Ludi include 12 & U head coach (2018), national Olympic development head coach (2020), 13-15 head coach (2021) and junior head coach (2021). She also helped develop youth athletes at various USAAS camps from since 2017. Her swimmers thrive under her warm and passionate coaching style.

Outside of her time with USA Artistic Swimming, Ludi has served as the head coach of her club, the Nevada Desert Mermaids, in Las Vegas since 2016. She assisted with the club’s rebrand in 2017 and developed many athletes to achieve great feats including four national team qualifications. As a result of her hard work, Ludi has received numerous awards related to artistic swimming coaching including 2018 West Zone Coach of the Year, 2018 UANA High Score and 2020 Developmental Coach of the Year. Ludi has also been praised for her business ventures, having been named to the 40 Under 40 Business list from Vegas, Inc. (2018) and Top 100 Women of Influence by MyVegas (2019).

Ludi resides in Nevada with her husband and their twin daughters.

The 13-15 head coach is excited to help more athletes to achieve greatness: "I’m honored to be selected to finally showcase our youth team on the world stage this year, especially because the U.S. is hosting. I can’t wait to see the bleachers filled with American flags and see our swimmers thrive.”

We are incredibly grateful to have Ludi developing the next generation of swimmers in the United States and look forward to what she will achieve with this new squad.
